CHECK-IN:
The divecenter opening hours are from 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
When checking in, please bring along your certification, logbook, medical certificate (if you have one). For pre-booked programs please also bring your diving voucher with you.

Free pick-up service between your hotel and the dive base runs daily between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please contact the divecenter directly: Tel. 076 – 485 165

PREBOOKED DIVING PACKAGES:
Dive packages can be pre-booked through SUB AQUA Tauchreisen or other travel agencies. Vouchers are non-transferable.

DIVE SAFETY:
On all diveboats, and in the center itself we have emergency cases with oxygen,
spareparts and communication devices.

NECESSARY EQUIPMENT:
Every diver has to dive with jacket or BCD, regulator with alternate airsource, mask, fins, snorkel.
In addition every unguided diver has to use a dive-computer.

The storage of your equipment is on your own risk in our spacious guestroom. SUB AQUA DiveCenter™ is not liable for any lost or stolen equipment.

Please take care of your rental equipment and rinse it carefully at the end of your diving day.

SEPERATIION FROM DIVE BUDDY:
If you get separated from your dive buddy, look for 1 Minute, then surface and give the emergency signal, if your buddy is not at the surface as well.
The emergency signal is a banging noise, longer than 1 minute, (with a piece of weight against the ladder or tank). If you hear this signal, you have to finish your dive immediately and surface within a safe ascent rate.

BUDDY-SYSTEM:
Always dive with a buddy. Prior to each dive you should do a buddy-check, and review important hand- signals.

DEPTH LIMIT:
We request you urgently to respect the inernational diving safety rules, especially the max. depth limit of 40m, although we recommend not to exceed 30m.
We check diving computers and pressure gauges occasionally.

CHECK DIVE:
On your first diving day a check will be integrated.

GUIDED DIVES:
All divers with less than 30 logged dives, or not having dived within the past 18 months, have to dive with a guide.
We take a maximum of 6 divers per guide.

EXCLUSION FROM THE DIVING PROGRAM:
Drinking of ALCOHOLIC beverages before and in between dives is not permitted and will lead to immediate (non-refundable!) exclusion from our diving-program.

BOAT DIVES:
We offer Fullday excursions every day.
The dive sites will be chosen in the morning by the staff and boatcrew, according to weatherconditions. Our boatcaptain has the last word.

Please sign in for the boat trips until 5:00 p.m. the evening before.

CHECK-OUT:
Please return your rental equipment one the day before departure.
We will be glad to stamp your logbook at the end of your diving holidays.

Please pay your bill also the days before departure.
The diving bill may be payed at the divecenter in cash €uro, U$ dollar or Thai Baht.
We accept also payment with creditcards (Visa and Mastercard).
